Broward, Miami-Dade, Volusia and Palm Beach Counties are expected to report late, with a note from their moms to the stunningly brilliant Florida Secretary of State. There are an estimated 600,000 votes to count in these counties, plus thousands of absentee ballots arriving Friday? Anyone know these numbers?
