I’ve never been to a chiropractor but, I’ve had my share of back trouble as everyone who knows me can testify. I do have an ostiopathic doctor that believes in “spinal integrity” as most do. Despite that, I’ve never let him, or anyone else crack me.
Once, while I was still in the Army. I was about a year our of rehab/physical therapy from a back injury when a civilian doctor/quack grabbed me and tried to crack me without warning, or checking my records. He set my therapy and convalescence back to day one when he shredded some manner of ligaments, or sinew back there… since then, I’ve never let anyone touch me.
