This incident has raised a great deal of concern for the way that federal investigators and the media handle themselves. Particularly when accusing it?s citizenry of acts against the United States in collaboration with other countries.
Because of what they did to Wen Ho Lee, the world is watching, very closely, how we handle Arab-Americans for potential terrorist involvement or, “un-American” activities. We owe Wen Ho Lee a debt of gratitude for helping to expose these unfortunate “methods” of conducting an investigation of wrongdoing. Not to mention, the media’s subsequent reporting of “the facts.” Which is also cause for concern.
