As for the identity of the looser (see earlier post)… yeah. It’s a safe bet that all judicial benches are slightly less polished and respected today. I say, pox on all career lawyers, let’s make sure internet voting gets implemented and take _all_ judges off the bench. We could then have shouldwehangemornot.com, or isheguiltyornot.com and let the people decide. Just like amihotornot.com votes on good looks.
