Chris Rock sues Idealab.com for 5 million. After an endorsement deal falls through that gave Rock the rights to purchase 1.75 million shares of common stock in parent company z.com. As idealab.com’s withdrew it’s IPO and z.com prepares to lay off half of it’s employees. Rock claims they used his good name, delayed the transaction, and now he want’s his damn money!
