The CGI Resource Index: Programs and Scripts is a great resource of CGI and Perl scripts. Rich was mentioning on his page that he’s getting tired of writing every little thing by hand. He did too, java apps, guestbooks, even javascript for rollovers and stuff. What the hell? Why reinvent the wheel.
