Troopers from the Michigan State Police Gaylord post have arrested a Gaylord man, 21, on charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and have issued a warrant for a second man – after the two allegedly set the leg of John Fowler, 20, of Gaylord, afire with lighter fluid at a party that apparently got out of hand in the early morning hours of Saturday.
