Broward County FL – A circuit court judge, Joyce Julian was arrested Saturday on a disorderly intoxication charge after the Nassau County Sheriff Office says she ran down the halls of a posh northeast Florida resort naked from the waist down.
“She later told deputies that she had been a victim of an attempted sexual assault after an unidentified person slipped an unknown substance into her drink.”
Still she is being charged with disorderly intoxication while her assertion that she was sexually assaulted in under investigation.
