Painter charged in taping tanning salon customers. A 43 year old man was, according to Genesee County Sheriff Robert J. Pickell, video taping tanning customers. The incidents occurred between Jan. 14- 17 at Tropi-Tan Inc., 4031 Owen Road, Fenton Township. The undressing woman ranged in age 15 to 57. The man is being charged with nine counts of “eavesdropping,” a misdemeanor.
